Our Nato leather straps are made of so-called "Full Grain" - leather, the very best leather quality available. To reduce our impact on nature to a minimum and to provide our leather with this beautiful smell, natural touch and long lasting beauty we use vegetable tanned skins only.
 
Please be aware that our leather straps can change color while aging because of the natural tanning process.

  • RETURN POLICY

    We offer simple 30 days returns. Email us and we’ll send you a return label to use for the return shipment. A flat rate of USD 15 will be deducted from your refund per item to cover return shipping, handling and restocking. All returns must be unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you at your expense.

     

    We are not able to offer returns on crowdfunded or pre-ordered items sold at a discount; although naturally there are exceptions where we've made a mistake.

     

    The costs associated with the return is your responsibility. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.

    Swktu ships to everywhere and above a value per order of USD 212 it is absolutly free.

     

    Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days, although it's often shorter. Orders are delivered by courier. Orders shipping to Hong Kong are delivered by a local courier service, usually within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number shortly after placing your order, so you can see exactly when it’s scheduled to arrive.

     

    We ship the majority of our orders from fulfillment warehouse in Hong Kong. At times we also ship from other countries if we happen to carry inventory there.
